My favorite things about my overseas trip this fall

1. In every hotel room you get 25 TV channels, two of the are soccer all the time.  #winning
2. There are basically zero commercials
3. Everyone calls you sir or ma'am, not with a southern draw, but so very polite. It took a day or two for this to sink in but it actually is really nice.
4. The level of service is so high. No drink goes empty, ever (YEAH!). People in the service industry are just so attentive. I wish more people at home had to learn of people overseas....
5.  Having a live Indian history lesson and fashion show put on in your honor is cool as hell. I will never forget that.
